Welcome to Hongkong Rongtai Limited. ("Hongkong Rongtai Limited," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (visionheels.com), mobile applications, and any services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Account Registration & User Obligations
To access certain features of the Services (e.g., placing orders, accessing account history), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly if changes occur.
- Protect your account credentials (username, password) from unauthorized access.
- Use the Services lawfully, without engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities (e.g., reselling products in violation of our policies).
2. Orders & Payments
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions).
Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Alipay).
Price & Tax
Prices are listed in the local currency of the region where the order is placed and are subject to change without notice. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated based on the destination and added to the total at checkout.
3. Refunds & Returns
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window for most products purchased through our Services ("Eligible Products"). To qualify:
- The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the date you receive the product(s).
Exclusions: Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized embroidery), clearance/sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Initiate a return request via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at [email protected].
- Print the prepaid return shipping label provided and send the package to our returns facility. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see Section 4).
Refund Timing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 14 business days. For regions where local regulations require a longer period (e.g., the EU), refunds may take up to 30 business days.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns (see Section 3). For initial deliveries, shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to ship orders within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the destination and logistics provider (e.g., DHL, SF Express).
Shipping Risks
Hongkong Rongtai Limited is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit caused by third-party carriers. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (e.g., text, images, logos, software) is owned by Hongkong Rongtai Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Product Quality: While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, we do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or be error-free.
- Third-Party Links: The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hongkong Rongtai Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product(s).
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is illegal, or harms our business.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Miscellaneous
- Modifications: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
- Severability: If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hongkong Rongtai Limited regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
